The inspection process consists of a detailed survey of the house's structure, components, systems and surroundings. It is a visual inspection only. The inspector will open readily-available access doors to equipment and areas for investigation. However, we can not report on items that are hidden and it is not an exhaustive technical evaluation involving destructive testing or dismantling. With specialized knowledge and experience, your inspector will provide a thorough examination, so you can make an informed decision.
